High Velocity Rocket

The High Velocity Rocket is a fast-moving explosive ammunition in Rust designed for speed and accuracy rather than raw damage. Compared to standard rockets, it travels much faster and has significantly less drop, making it easier to hit moving or distant targets.

Unlike regular Rockets, high velocity rockets deal much lower damage to structures. For this reason, they are not commonly used for traditional base raiding. Instead, they are more effective against deployables, vehicles, and players, where precision and travel speed are more important than explosive power.

While they are less efficient for breaching walls or doors, high velocity rockets remain useful in specific situations where standard rockets would be unnecessary or harder to land accurately.
