Waterpipe Shotgun

Waterpipe Shotgun
The Waterpipe Shotgun is a single-shot firearm in Rust designed for extremely close-range combat. Like all shotguns, it uses shotgun ammunition and fires a wide spread of pellets, making it highly lethal at short distances.
Due to its pellet spread and high burst damage, the Waterpipe Shotgun is capable of eliminating opponents in a single shot during close encounters. This makes it especially effective in confined spaces such as buildings, corridors, or tight base interiors, where engagements happen at very short range.
The weapon is limited by its single-shot nature and long reload time. Missing a shot often leaves the user vulnerable, as reloading takes several seconds. Because of this, positioning and timing are critical when using the Waterpipe Shotgun effectively.
The Waterpipe Shotgun is also noticeably loud when fired, which can attract nearby players during combat. While it can be fitted with a silencer, its role remains focused on ambushes and high-risk, close-quarters engagements during the early stages of the game.
